Job Title: Senior Waiter/ Waitress

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our Front of House team here at the Lagoon Seafood and Fusion Restaurant.

Applicants must have the desire and an interest in learning and developing their skills and the skills of their team. They should also have excellent personal presentation skills along with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

As a member of the front of house, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Being a true team player and strong communicator
• Be flexible and reliable
• Can do attitude

You:

To be successful, you will have the following skills, experience and knowledge:

• Be personable, engaging and have a positive can do attitude
• Must have minimum 2 years of working experience in a busy restaurant environment
• Share a genuine passion for the hospitality industry
• Working knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine and beer
• Upselling and Cross-selling
• Must be focused on providing excellent customer service
• Must be team player and have the ability to multi task.
