Are you ready for a new challenge? We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Bar & Restaurant Manager, ready to transform Tramore’s hospitality sector in mid-2017.
Tramore’s newest restaurant, Lagoon Seafood & Fusion will make its debut in end of April 2017. The location is undeniably the ‘best in town’ and the new restaurant has been designed to maximize social synergies for those who live, work and play nearby. You will be responsible for daily operations of front-of-the-house, while maintaining a high level of guest experience, professional appearance and hands-on leadership to our front staff.
You will bring to the table:
- Pride yourself on being a hands-on leader
- Able to demonstrate your passion for food and hospitality
- Degree or Diploma in relevant industry is desirable, but not required
- Experience in polished casual/fine dining restaurant
- Must have previous management experience
- Ability to cross-sell and upsell
- Revenue focussed
- Coach and mentor staff as appropriate to improve performance
- Outstanding problem solving and solution skills
- Event hosting and private dining experience
- Ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Restaurant and Bar
- Assist in the ongoing sales and marketing function
- To ensure the highest level of service and cleanliness standards are maintained in the restaurant at all times
- To ensure that the highest possible standard of personal hygiene, dress, appearance and conduct is maintained at all times
- To ensure high level of customer satisfaction and feedback
