Tramore’s newest restaurant, Lagoon Seafood & Fusion will make its debut in end of April 2017.  The location is undeniably the ‘best in town’ and the new restaurant has been designed to maximize social synergies for those who live, work and play nearby.

Positions available:

We have an excellent opportunity for a highly driven, energetic, bright, bubbly and motivated front of house wait-staff to be part of our team.

As a wait staff member of the front of house, you will be responsible for:

• Owning your own section across a busy floor
• Delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Being a true team player and strong communicator

You: 

To be successful, you will have the following skills, experience and knowledge:

• Be personable, engaging and have a positive can do attitude
• Have proven experience working in a busy work environment
• Share a genuine passion for the hospitality industry
• Previous work experience as a dynamic Waiter/ Waitress

As a Bartender of the front of house, you will ideally bring:

• Previous work experience as a Bartender
• Working knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine and beer
• Knowledge of standard drink recipes
• Upselling drinks and snacks items to customers
